Payout history
How commissions work
Earn 10% of the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding separately charged taxes and before payment-processing fees. All paid courses, bundles, refreshers and TPAI passes qualify. The last valid staff referral link used within 30 days receives credit, fixed when the order is created. Repeat purchases qualify through a valid referral each time.
Free and complimentary orders, matching staff-account purchases, failed payments and cancelled orders earn no commission. Verified refunds reduce commission proportionately. Paid commission reversed later becomes an adjustment against future payouts. Disputed or suspicious sales may be held for owner review.
Commissions become eligible for owner approval after 14 days. Payouts are reviewed monthly and recorded after manual payment. Customer identities and payment credentials are not shown in the staff portal.
