PHP · Asia/Manila (UTC+8). Gross sales include confirmed live payments, before Xendit fees. Refunds are deducted in the period we verified them. Test orders, complimentary access and imported Shopify history are excluded.
Registered shop accounts and imported historical buyers are shown together. Historical purchases are displayed separately and are not added to new-store sales. Passwords and authentication credentials are never displayed.
The comparison below follows orders paid in your selected period. The settlement-date summary also includes earlier orders settled during this period. Settlement is credit to your Xendit balance; bank withdrawals are not verified here.

Match shop sales to Xendit
Payment settlement net is before separate refund, reversal and withdrawal transactions. Review those rows separately. Unallocated transactions may belong to your other stores and are excluded from matched totals. No payment, refund or customer access is changed by reconciliation.
XENDIT REPORT EVIDENCE
Import a Transactions report
In Xendit, export the live Transactions CSV with Settlement Status, Settlement Date, Net Amount, Reference, Payment ID and Payment Session ID. Include enough days before the reporting period to cover late settlements.

Review before saving
Only reconciliation fields are retained. Extra payer, bank and card columns are ignored. Overlapping exports are deduplicated by transaction ID; conflicting evidence is rejected. Import live-mode reports only. This panel does not claim an automatic Xendit connection or a bank balance.
